Remember when Philadelphia native Will Smith had a hit song called “Summertime”? Well it’s that time of year again, and truly there is no better place to pass the warm-weather days than in a Philadelphia Park.
Each year the Parks Revitalization Project (a partnership among Philadelphia Green, the Dept. of Parks & Recreation, and friends groups) produce “Summer in the Neighborhood” a compilation of free events across the city.
